All Angels Meal Service| Christmas Day (UWS)

Serve a Christmas meal to the parishioners (both those who are homed and homeless) at All Angels Church on Christmas Day.  Please e-mail Veronica at to volunteer.

Kids with a Promise | Photographer Needed for Christmas Party

Kids with a Promise is looking for a volunteer photographer to make pictures of the children, staff, and families during their Christmas celebration at Manhattan Christian Academy in Inwood. Please email Ruth at to serve!  

His Toy Store | Help Sort Toys
Wed, December 7 and Thur, December 8 from 9:30AM-4:00PM
HFNY needs help sorting through all of the toy donations received for our Christmas program this year. Sorting days will take place on Wednesday, December 7 and Thursday, December 8 from 9:30AM-4:00PM at the World Vision Storehouse in the Bronx. Please email to sign up.

St. Paul's House Christmas Party for the Homeless | Musician's Needed (Hell's Kitchen)
Tuesday, December 13th, 6:30PM-8:30PM
Musicians are needed to sing Christmas carols for St. Paul's House Christmas celebration with 30 homeless men.  E-mail Ashley to learn more and volunteer, (guitars and keyboard available on site)

Gifted Hands | Christmas Party (Midtown West)
Saturday, December 10 from 1:00PM-4:00PM
Join Gifted Hands as they reach out to homeless and abused women through a Christmas Party. Volunteers are needed for set up, singing Christmas carols, serving food, offering child care, and much more. Please email to get involved.

Operation Exodus | Christmas Party Preparation
Help set up and decorate the Operation Exodus space in Washington Heights for their Christmas Party. Volunteers are needed on Friday, December 16 from 7:00-9:00PM. This is a great opportunity for a group! Please email to sign up.

Ronald McDonald House | Christmas Eve Dinner Preparation
Help prepare a special meal on Christmas Eve at the Ronald McDonald House, a home-away-from-home for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Saturday, December 24 from 4:30-8:30PM.

Bowery Mission Transitional Center | Christmas Decorating (LES)
Wednesday, December 14th, 7:00PM-9:00PM
Help decorate a Christmas Tree, stuff Christmas Stockings with gifts and get the BMTC ready with Christmas Spirit.  For more information and to volunteer, email Ebi at . (Budget provided by HFNY)

Living Waters | Christmas Dinner (Brooklyn)

Bowery Mission Women's Center| Christmas Dinner Preparation
Saturday, December 24th or Sunday, December 25th, 3:30PM-7:30PM
Help prepare a special meal on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day at the BMWC, a home for women recovering from homelessness.   Female volunteers are needed to help prepare a meal and celebrate Christmas with these lovely women on either of these days from 3:30PM-7:30PM.

New York City Relief Bus | Connect with the Homeless (Bronx and Harlem)

NYC Relief uses mobile buses to provide food, counseling, spiritual help and resources to communities in need. Volunteers are needed to serve with the Harlem Bus on Saturday, December 17. Click on the link to RSVP. 

DeWitt Nursing Home | Worship Service (UES)
Sundays, December 11 and December 18 from 2:00PM-4:00PM
Join HFNY volunteers as they sing hymns, read scripture and spend time with residents who are often abandoned or rarely visited by their families.
