His Toy Store - We have reached our goal!

We are so thankful that His Toy Store will be a reality again!
Our goal this year is to distribute over 3,500 toys to children of low-income families in The Bronx, Brooklyn, Harlem and Washington Heights. His Toy Store happens on Saturday, December 4th & Saturday, December 11th.
Our goal in numbers:
- Raise $20,000 to buy wholesale toys (We raised $21,915)
- Collect 1,050 toys from our church partners (We collected 898 toys)
We will purchase the rest of the toys with the donations we have received!
A Christmas Story:
Because of His Toy Store, local churches are given an outreach opportunity. They invite low-income families in their communities (many have never been to a church), to shop for toys at NO cost in their church.
Here is a testimony from one of the churches in the Bronx where HFNY had a His Toy Store last year:
“Early last year a 12 year old boy started coming to Infinity Church and he really liked it. He invited his family to come to church, but no one from his family came. Then, last November he found out about His Toy Store and told his father. His father came to His Toy Store, met Pastor Dimas and starting coming to church. Pastor Dimas mentored this boy’s father; he got him a new suit, an interview and a new job. The father now comes to church early every Sunday to help set up chairs. He also brings his other sons along with him.”
