OUR GUEST SPEAKER
Presentation: Carrying Hope Together
You were never meant to persevere in this work alone. Hebrews 10:23–25 reminds us that hope is sustained through community, not just personal grit. What if the key to moving beyond scarcity into growth isn’t more individual effort, but the hope we carry together? Sherin will explore the potential of strengthening teams, organizations and our network to sustain hope in this season.
Sherin Swift is the Connections and Equipping Pastor at New Life Fellowship Church. She was previously Director of Finance overseeing a $2+ million dollar budget at a small, growing non-profit in Washington Heights. Prior to that, she spent several years advising businesses and nonprofits as an accountant at a small firm and on different boards. She currently uses those skills in recent years at New Life CDC as Chair of the Finance Committee and Board Treasurer, and as a board member for the Evangelical Covenant Church's Board of Pensions and Benefits. Learn more about Sherin.
