Hope for New York

HFNY volunteers visit the residents of DeWitt Nursing Home one or two Sundays a month, leading and participating in a worship service.  DeWitt's population are often abandoned or seldom visited by their families, and the relationships built can become an important lifeline for them. The HFNY Volunteer Team Leaders coordinates the worship services, which include a time of confession, renewal, scripture reading, preaching, and music.
