World Vision - Easter Egg Hunt second shift

Join in the huge community Easter outreach with over 8,000 Easter eggs, entertainment, games, food, and the Gospel presentation.

Volunteers are needed to provide help with concessions, games, face-painting, clean up and all sorts of Easter fun from 9am to 4pm RAIN OR SHINE.

All volunteers need to report to the Betances Community Center on St. Ann's Avenue and 146th Street.

Did you know that Police respond to roughly 600 domestic violence calls per day in NYC and there were 53,000 child abuse and neglect cases reported in 2004?

HFNY volunteers spent 1,858 hours working with at-risk children in after school programs during 2007.
