Volunteer Opportunities:

Arts & Crafts Classes - Join us for an Arts & Crafts classes each month. Projects vary and are prepared in advance by the Hope for New York Team Leader. The classes provide residents a creative outlet and a chance to form friendships with volunteers. Orientation is required. For more information and to volunteer, contact Jessica Sparzak

Worship Service - Hope for New York volunteers provide a worship service for residents on the 4th Sunday of each month. Since many residents are unable to attend church outside of the Bailey Holt House, this ministry is a great blessing to them.  Volunteers are needed to help sing, play instruments, organize services and connect with residents. Orientation is required. For more information and to volunteer, contact Jessica Sparzak

Social Events & Game Nights - Once a month, volunteers plan a game night or social activity for residents.  These activities are a great way to connect with the residents and build relationships.  Orientation is required. For more information and to volunteer, contact Jessica Sparzak
