Morris Academy Mentoring Program

Morrise Academy - Logo

Morris Academy for Collaborative Studies, located in the South Bronx, is one of over sixty new schools that were formed to replace large, under performing high schools throughout NYC and is partly funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Morris Academy Mentoring Program works exclusively with students from this school.  The mission of the mentoring program is to build student leaders who serve their community with character. They seek to accomplish this by pairing each student with a mentor who supports the student's personal, social and academic development.
