New York City Relief

New York City Relief (NYCR) exists to connect people in need with help and hope. NYCR serves communities throughout the Metro New York region through two outreach programs:
The Relief Buses - Two converted school buses contain a food service unit and counseling/referral offices equipped with caring staff and a database of 550 resources. The Relief Buses currently visit outreach sites in the Bronx, Harlem, Manhattan and Queens.
The Hope Center - A community resource center to serve Elizabeth, New Jersey and Union County in partnership with local churches. The Center offers crisis counseling, a weekly food pantry, referrals to community resources, and Christ-centered 12-step substance abuse support groups.
