Project:

Create a 1-page informational sheet and 3-minute informational video about the Gramercy Park location

PIA Volunteer:

(3 volunteers needed)

  • Graphic Designer (1)
    Design one-page informational sheet
  • Marketing Manager / Brand Strategist (1)
    Implement strategy to brand Young Life's Gramercy Park location and raise awareness
  • Filmmaker / Video Editor (1)
    Create informational video and edit it. Final Cut Pro experience a plus

2) Creative Services

Restore (www.restorenyc.org)

Project:

Create a series of 4 short (minute to minute and a half) videos to raise awareness about how Restore assists internationally sex-trafficked women in NYC

PIA Volunteer:

(3 volunteers needed)

  • Filmmaker (1)
    Create short informational videos
  • Motion Graphic Designer (1)
    Incorporation motion graphics into the videos
  • Video Editor (1)
    Edit the videos. Final Cut Pro experience a plus

 3) Training / Information Technology

Organization:

Teen Challenge Brooklyn (www.teenchallengebrooklyn.com)

Project:

Structure GED course / program for the residential students at Teen Challenge Brooklyn. They just received ten computers for this purpose

PIA Volunteer:

(2 volunteers needed)

  • Educational Expert (1)
    Recommend how best to structure the GED course, most likely based on Merit Software's GED Prep software.
  • Technology Specialist (1)
    Intall educational software and train a staff member to use the program, most likely Merit Software's GED Prep software. Educational technology background a plus
