The Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter (NCS) serves people who are chronically, formerly or at-risk of becoming homeless. NCS was founded on the premise that homelessness is the responsibility of the entire community.

The first hour serving is spent playing bingo with residents - this is an opportunity to develop friendships with those who attend. During the second hour volunteers will prepare lunch and tea/coffee and serve the residents.
