A House on Beekman seeks to support the children and families of the South Bronx in New York City by delivering holistic long-term care and services to break the cycles of spiritual, emotional, educational and economic poverty.

Mobilizing Volunteers
Our volunteers play, sing, read, and lead fun activities with kids while moms have the opportunity to discuss parenting and exchange tips.
Making Grants To Fund Programs
We invest grant dollars to support AHOB's rental costs for program space, books and classroom materials and supplies, and cultural experiences/field trips for children and youth.
Training And Consulting
We have worked with AHOB to find diverse revenue streams and connect to potential board members.

In 2021, a milestone year that celebrated 25 years of His Toy Store, we distributed $155,000 to 29 affiliate partners so they could bring holiday joy to 15,000 New Yorkers in need.
