Redemption Red Hook is the community based organization of Redemption Church, which seeks to serve the Red Hook community through holistic community renewal strategy. Some of the ways they are engaging their community is through their Food Pantry, Adult Education & Training, Children?s literacy Programming, Community Engagement, and Family Support.
Mission
Redemption Red Hook launched to see lives changed by way of holistic ministry in the community. Luke 10 provides a model that has shaped transformation in the community over the past 6 years (Prayer, Relationship Building, Meeting Needs, Gospel Proclamation).

How We Serve Together
Redemption Red Hook mobilizes volunteers to serve in their food pantry twice a week feeding over 800 families.
What We Help Fund
Redemption Red Hook partnered with HFNY's His Toy Store providing over 500 families with toys supporting many that were migrant families.
Why We Love Them
Redemption RedHook serves the 2nd largest New York City Housing Authority in NYC. Through their unique partnerships with the Harbor Middle School, Summit Academy Charter School, over 10 additional churches and non profits they provide assistance to, they are able to feed close to 1000 people per week.
