Support our neighbors experiencing homelessness by packing food bags near Union Square!

The Salvation Army's Social Service Response Program provides assistance to vulnerable individuals on the street. Our team distributes items and non-perishable food bags filled with nutritious and calorie dense "to go" meals, snacks and beverages. These items help sustain individuals living on the street while we work to develop a trusted connection, connect individuals to resources, and support them in their steps toward sustainable long-term recovery. 

Volunteers pack food bags at our 14th street headquarters! Your service allows our team to meet the nutritional needs of those living on the street and supports our work toward establishing positive connections and meaningful assistance.
