We serve a God who intimately experienced violence at the hands of men. But that same God defeated violence itself three days later. The vortex of the Cross has taken away the victory of violence.

Children who spend time in foster care often face serious challenges—teen pregnancy, homelessness, incarceration—later in life. Let us come to the Father on behalf of these children and their families knowing that our God is a Father to the fatherless and a protector of widows. We invite you to pray with us.

We seek to be a people who serve our poor and marginalized neighbors in both word and deed. We put feet to our faith as we tangibly serve our neighbors, and we also go to the Father on their behalf, presenting their needs to Him in prayer.
