About this Opportunity

Operation Exodus launches NYC Latino Youth to college and lives of excellence through educational opportunities and transformational relationships.

Operation Exodus launches NYC Latino Youth to college and lives of excellence through educational opportunities and transformational relationships. Exodus’ programs include after school programming and Saturday mentoring.

As an Exodus mentor, you will

  • Help our students in K-12th grade learn more about God
  • Explore what it means to discover and pursue their God-given potential
  • Develop relationships with mentors and with each other.

Mentoring supports students in areas of faith, self awareness and discovery, cultural identity, goal setting and healthy relationships.

  • Our program runs throughout the school year, starting in the fall and ending in the spring.
  • In class settings based on age groups and gender, volunteers share Bible-based teachings, creative activities, and create transformational relationships with our students.
