Hope for New York (HFNY) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a New York City, in which all people experience spiritual, social, and economic flourishing.

Our annual Pitch Night event was a true celebration this year! Many joined us at W83 Ministry Center while others tuned into our livestream.

Judy Ha Kim joins us as Director, Grants and Capacity Building! She'll be working closely with our affiliate partners to understand their needs and provide leadership training programs and events for them.

This year, we returned to our first in-person Fall Benefit since 2019! In November, we loved gathering with our guests at Bryant Park Grill to celebrate 30 years of Hope for New York.

Nine affiliates gave special shout outs to Hope for New York volunteers for supporting their work and their communities during the pandemic's earliest days.

Despite the long and dark pandemic season, we saw sparks of hope, which are captured in these stories that our affiliates shared about the earliest pandemic days.

Twenty five years ago, two women and friends had a dream: to provide toys to kids living in marginalized communities.

The Hope Exchange is a special community of 200+ donors who give monthly. Through this monthly giving program, Hope Exchange members ensure that our affiliates can always count on financial support.

As the challenges of the pandemic continue, we decided to focus on biblical hope and how our affiliate partners remain beacons of hope in our city.

As we reflect on this past fiscal year (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021), it's clear how much we reimagined our work (from events to campaigns to programs) alongside our affiliate partners.
