YoungLives addresses teen moms' pressing needs by creating a community that anchors them to a supportive environment. We empower moms with life and parenting skills and mentoring to improve the quality of life for them and their children with the hope of decreasing the high dropout rates of teen moms in NYC.

One way we surround our young parenting friends is by providing childcare at our in-person events. Leaders, child care workers, teen moms, and their babies sit together to share a meal. When we transition to Bible study, child care workers assist in feeding, hugging, and playing with the children so that our parenting students can focus on the message. We focus on sharing the love of Christ in action!

Due to the nature of this opportunity, we do ask that those interested are pursuing their own personal relationship with God.
